  • 15-minute initial phone consultation: No Charge
  • 60-minute in-person/video session: $150
  • 30-minute phone/video session: $75

INSURANCE

I am currently credentialed with the following insurance companies: AETNA, CIGNA EAP, CIGNA, HealthSelect of Texas®, Blue Choice PPOSM, Blue EssentialsSM, Blue PremierSM, Blue High Performance NetworkSM, Optum, United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, Oxford, Oscar, and UMR and will submit claims on your behalf.

For other insurance companies, I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means that I do not file claims directly with your insurance, but I will provide you with documentation that you can file on your own. If you are hoping to use insurance benefits, it is always a good idea to contact your insurance company prior to your first session to confirm your eligibility. Questions that for you to ask your insurance company may include:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover for out of network providers?
